Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of your order. For all of Cyprus, for orders up to €50 the shipping cost is €3.50, and for orders over €50, shipping is free of charge. - Our Partnerships

We recommend our customers check the import and customs clearance process of their country’s products before placing an order from our online store. Some of our products may require special import procedures at the destination site, of which our company is not required to be aware.
Shipping details
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. If you want to receive your order at a specific time, you can enter the specific details as comments in your order, in the corresponding section, before confirmation, or contact us at 25750650 to confirm your order, as well as the exact date and time of receipt with our partner.
Note: All orders placed until 14:00 pm from Monday to Friday, and the provided product(s) have “Immediate Pickup” availability, are shipped the same day.
Products which have “On Demand” availability mean that they are not immediately available. For this reason, we inform you either by phone or email about the delivery time. Otherwise, if you are not sure of the delivery time, you can call us before placing an online order.
In all areas of Cyprus, it takes one to two working days from the day we send your order and for hard-to-reach areas, three working days.
