MDF ProCardial® Titanium Cardiology Stethoscope. Titanium is 45% lighter than stainless steel and has the highest strength-to-density ratio of any metal. That’s why brilliant engineers use it in racing cars, space shuttles and now in MDF stethoscopes.
Extremely fine sound
Made of lightweight titanium, the MDF® ProCardial® titanium stethoscope offers accurate auscultation of heart, lung and Korotkoff sounds with acoustic integrity and clarity. Compared to its stainless steel counterpart which weighs 272 gr, the ProCardial® titanium bell weighs only 137 gr. With its ultra-deep, tapered bell and ultra-sensitive diaphragm, the ProCardial® Titanium cardiac stethoscope detects the entire frequency range required by cardiologists.

Correct diagnosis with True Bell ; True Diaphragm
Authentic listening thanks to the double-headed bell True Bell ; True Diaphragm. The bell side focuses on low frequency sounds (20Hz-100Hz) while the highly sensitive diaphragm handles high frequencies (100Hz-1000Hz).
Glide-Lock-System Audio Lock
With the patented Titanium SoundTight™ Glide-Lock-System (GLS), you minimize the sound loss of the critical index mechanism. Just push, turn and the GLS will lock into place.
Bell sound
The deeper, conical shape of the bell concentrates specific low-frequency heart sounds, which are often difficult to distinguish.
Fluorum C34
The design of the chamber was based on the engineering principles used in concert halls. Flat walls create echoes, so deep cut baffles are used to reduce refraction of sound waves. The C34 tube has 34 channels carved into the tube to direct the sound waves clearly and precisely.

ComfortSeal headphones give you the perfect fit. All MDF® stethoscopes have 3 earpiece sizes in small, medium and large. The flexible silicone material allows the earpiece to be slightly compressed creating a better sound seal.
